HR Executive

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, on boarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring they are accurate and up-to date.
• Assist in preparing and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
• Handle routine employee inquiries related to policies and benefits.
• Assist with performance management processes and maintaining records.
• Coordinate the exit process for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.
• Maintain employee files & benefits administration.
• Coordinating and supporting the daily operations of a company's human resources department.
• Responsible to work on all the MIS tracker/data of HR like recruitment, joining, employee database etc and update the record accordingly.
• Managing the HR business MIS in excel for all the relevant records of employees.

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in similar field.
• A Master's degree in HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and employee relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
