What your role will be Financial Planning and Analysis
- Support VP Operations by preparing forecast guidance, driving the budget process, harmonizing reporting across plants and business units, and preparing for quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Perform results analysis across various financial buckets, such as Supply Central, Manufacturing Central, and plants.
- Monitor KPIs and identify the root cause of any unexpected variances.
- Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking, including in-sourcing vs. outsourcing and plant-to-plant comparisons.
- Develop and implement standard costs for the KBU consignment business model, including evaluation of NPD, forecast, and actual analysis.
- Roll out standard costs across plants annually and assist in estimating draft costs for new products.
- Analyze profit intercompany (PICs), other manufacturing variances (OMA), and price purchase variances (PPV) across the business.
- Review cost control with Sourcing and GPMO, analyze drivers, and communicate findings with Commercial units.
- Identify and track savings projects to ensure delivery and overall cost control.
- Conduct ROI reviews for capital expenditure (Capex) items and perform financial modeling for project management.
- Support the VP Operations Finance in governance reviews and strengthening plant processes based on Internal Audit findings.

Deep functional knowledge of manufacturing finance with a solid understanding of all Operations business areas.
Strong expertise in FP&A processes for global companies.
A good understanding of commercial aspects.
Proven experience working in international companies and a strong track record of working effectively across cultures and time zones.
