Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Oversee and manage inventory levels for electrical and mechanical assembly components.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Quality Assurance:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures for electrical and mechanical assemblies.
• Inspect and test components and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify and address quality issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of quality inspections and test results.

Coordination & Reporting:

• Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare and present inventory and quality reports to management.
• Coordinate with various departments to address inventory and quality-related issues.

Technical Expertise:

• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge in electrical and mechanical assembly processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in inventory and quality management.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for inventory and quality processes.
• Assist auditors with inventory and quality-related audits.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, Electrical Telecommunication, or Mechanical.
• Proven experience in inventory management and quality assurance roles.
• Strong technical knowledge in electrical and mechanical assembly processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
