Factory Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations to meet quality standards, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  
• Oversee plant management, including manpower handling, planning, and scheduling.
  
• Ensure effective implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in factory operations, focusing on productivity, quality, and safety.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to production planning, supply chain management, and customer satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing industry with expertise in factory operations, production management, TPM, and quality control.
  
• Strong understanding of industrialization processes and ability to apply knowledge effectively.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members at all levels.
