Senior Sales Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and dealer management.
  
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and dealers.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in industrial automation products such as PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, servo motors, and drives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in direct sales or OEM sales of industrial products.
  
• B.Tech/B.E. degree /Diplome in Electrical or Mechanical field
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information effectively.
  
• Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools for tracking performance metrics.
