Senior Executive - IT

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones, CCTV
• Lay network cables by taking vendor support, install and maintain network switches, firewall device.
• All IT assets requests must be indented through ERP, complete GRN and ensure IT assets are tagged using Asset register software.
• Adhere to support resolution metrics , provide timely response to users through the Incident support system.
• Speak courteously with staff and other members.
• Provide required support in setting up Webinars, Video consultations, training rooms using Zoom meetings or using other suggested systems.
• Provide remote support if required to resolve IT related issues and ensure staff and patient care services are maintained.
• Ensure regular backups of CCTV, critical user systems, LIS and RIS Server are maintained as per the backup schedule.
• Make a daily visits with Unit Head or take lead by talking to users to understand their support requirements related to IT, update in Incident support system and ensure services are provided and resolved.
• Make sure Desktops and Laptops are installed, updated with Endpoint security, apply security control.
• Ensure Daily functional Check list is updated.
• Provide training to users on HIMS application, support Department leads with necessary reports. If data is unavailable, coordinate with Central IT for organizing required information.
• For a user related issued related to HIMS application or any other software, be responsible by escalating the need until resolved. Ensure department users are updated with the status.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Healthcare Industry would be preferable.
• Able to speak local language along with English and Hindi
