Assistant Manager Sales (Export)

• Qualification : M. Pharm/B. Pharm/ BBA + MBA
• Experience : 3-5 years of experience in International Business, preferably with API, Excipient, or Food industry products, and at least 5 years of leadership experience in a Sales Department.
• Proven experience leading sales teams with a strong track record of sales growth and team development

Job Responsibilities

• In-depth understanding of Excipient, API, and pharmaceutical product specifications.
• Familiarity with B2B dynamics in the US and European markets.
• Knowledge of export regulations and compliance standards for pharmaceuticals.
• Proficiency in import/export cargo documentation requirements specific to the industry.
• Understanding of domestic and international geography relevant to pharmaceutical exports.
• Strong negotiation skills tailored for B2B interactions in the pharmaceutical sector.
