Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer

Role & responsibilities

1. Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
3. Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence for the executive.
4. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for meetings or executive communication.
5. Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
6. Ensure timely reminders and necessary preparations for the executives commitments.
7. Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, and itinerary planning.
8. Handle travel expense reports and reimbursements.
9. Assist with planning, tracking, and completing executive-driven projects
10. Maintain confidential files and records with a high level of discretion.
