Job Title: Business Associate, CBO's Office

Location: Mumbai

What you will do:

- Spearhead initiatives to grow Angel One's digital lending footprint leveraging data-driven insights and experimentation.

- Dive into user behaviour analytics to interpret patterns, identify actionable opportunities, and craft impactful strategies for product and user growth.

- Design and execute A/B tests, evaluating outcomes to optimize product performance and customer engagement.

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Analytics, Business and Operations, to drive seamless execution of lending initiatives.

- Stay agile and deliver amidst ambiguity, constantly iterating on processes and exploring bold approaches to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Who you are:

- A 0-1 year experienced engineering graduate from a top-tier institute, ready to embark on a transformative journey.

- A first-principles thinker who thrives on solving unstructured problems with a structured and analytical approach.

- Energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
