Job Title: Business Associate, CBO's Office

Location: Mumbai

What you will do:

1. Spearhead initiatives to grow Angel Ones digital lending footprint, leveraging data-driven insights and experimentation.
2. Solve ambiguous problems with less well-defined inputs and outputs; drive to the heart of the problem and identify root causes.
3. Leverage an understanding of user journeys, funnels, behaviors, and business outcomes to develop knowledge of how, when, and which data sources to use.
4. Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators and measure the success of business initiatives.
5. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations that enhance business processes, support new initiatives, and enable decision-making.
6. Design and execute A/B tests, evaluating outcomes to optimize product performance and customer engagement.
7. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Analytics, Business, and Operations, to drive seamless execution of lending initiatives.
8. Stay agile and deliver amidst ambiguity, constantly iterating on processes and exploring bold approaches to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Who you are:

1. An engineering graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience from a top-tier institute, or a postgraduate from a top-tier MBA school with 1 to 2 years of experience, ready to embark on a transformative journey.
2. A first-principles thinker who thrives on solving unstructured problems with a structured and analytical approach.
3. Possesses the ability to discover effective solutions to complex problems.
4. Energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
5. Relentlessly data-driven, with the ability to extract actionable insights and make bold, impactful decisions.
6. Skilled in tools like Excel, SQL, or basic analytics platforms, with a strong knack for detail and insights.
