Senior Quality Engineer

To lead plant QA department to ensure the following: -.

Incoming quality Area: -

1. To ensure incoming materials like raw material, job work item, tooling, die, punch, fixture and cutting tools.

2. Responsible to make quality report of incoming parts.

3. To be ensure third party Inspection report, lab test (Certificate and Heat Number)

4. Responsible to check quality of Instrument and gauges.

5. Responsible to check packing materials as per required quality.

6. To pass GRN of incoming materials.

7. Inspection should be as per sampling plan.

IN process Quality Area:-

8. Responsible for setting approval and recording of reports/documents.

9. Maintaining of process control of machine and recording of dimension as per control plan.

10.Responsible for daily monitoring sheet and apply of 7 QC tools in process area.

11. Responsible for all data analysis of rejection and rework and take the counter measure in process control Area.

12. To work on customer return and customer quality defects for improvement in process to make good quality products.

13. Inspection should be as per sampling plan.

Final Inspection PDI: -

14. Responsible for final Inspection @time of dispatch and will make PDI report.

15. Responsible for send quality PDI report with Invoice of parts.

16. Responsible for Inspection as per sampling plan.

17. Responsible for maintain Batch Code traceability.

18. All documentation should be control as per IATF 16949.

19. Inspection should be as per latest drawing and Rev. no in all

respected area of incoming inspection, In process Inspection and final PDI.
