React Native Developer - Mobile App Designing (4-8 yrs)

- Lead the design and implementation of scalable mobile architectures for React Native applications.

- Make architectural and technical decisions aligned with business objectives and technical strategy.

- Maintain high code quality through code reviews and adherence to best practices.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless and engaging user experiences.

- Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and efficiency across iOS and Android.

- Implement comprehensive testing strategies and address issues early in the development cycle.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver features that meet user needs.

- Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in React Native and mobile development.

- Take ownership of projects and tasks, working independently and effectively.

- Strive for simplicity and elegance in code and solutions.

- Anticipate and address potential issues proactively.

- Focus on delivering practical solutions and contributing to overall product success.

Required Skills :

- Proven track record of ownership and impactful results in a startup environment.

- 4+ years of mobile app development experience, focused on React Native.

- Deep knowledge of the React Native ecosystem, libraries, and tools.

- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience developing cross-platform iOS and Android apps.

- Proficiency with Redux, MobX, or Context API.

- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.

- Experience with mobile testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, Appium).

- Experience with Git, pull requests, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket).

- Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
