Cyanous - React Native Developer - Mobile App Designing (4-6 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and experienced React Native Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications using React Native. This role involves working with technologies like Realm, Redux, Styled Components, and NewRelic, with additional responsibilities in environment profiling and app store submissions.

Key Responsibilities :

Mobile App Development :

- Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on performance and scalability.

State Management :

- Implement efficient state management using Redux or similar libraries.

- Optimize app performance by reducing re-renders and memory consumption.

Database Management :

- Integrate and manage local data storage using Realm or similar databases.

- Optimize database queries for better performance and offline functionality.

Styling and UI Design :

- Create visually appealing and responsive UIs using Styled Components or similar CSS-in-JS libraries.

- Ensure consistent design and theming across platforms (iOS and Android).

Environment Profiling and Configuration :

- Configure and manage environment-specific variables using .env files or similar solutions.

- Set up separate configurations for development, staging, and production environments.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization :

- Implement performance monitoring using tools like NewRelic.

- Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring a seamless user experience.

App Deployment and Submissions :

- Prepare and submit apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

- Handle app release processes, versioning, and compliance with store guidelines.

Testing and Debugging :

- Write and maintain unit and integration tests.

- Debug and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring app stability and reliability.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality mobile applications.

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when needed.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in React Native and its ecosystem.

- Experience with state management libraries like Redux.

- Hands-on experience with Realm or other mobile-optimized databases.

- Proficiency in Styled Components or similar CSS-in-JS libraries for styling.

- Knowledge of environment profiling and configuration management.

- Experience with NewRelic or other performance monitoring tools.

- Familiarity with the app submission process for both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with TypeScript in React Native projects.

- Knowledge of native modules and bridging for iOS and Android.

- Familiarity with tools like Fastlane for CI/CD in app deployment.

- Understanding of mobile-specific performance optimization techniques.

- Awareness of accessibility standards and guidelines for mobile apps.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 4+ years of professional experience as a React Native Developer for Mid-Level, and 5+ years for Senior-Level roles.
