Java Developer

What You'll Do

• Work on new-age Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Models (LLMs) in Agentic AI to develop intelligent fintech solutions.
• Gain the opportunity to become a full-stack developer, working across both front-end and backend technologies.
• Design, develop, and optimize high-performance, globally scalable web applications and microservices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across different regions to turn ideas into reality and iterate quickly based on real-time global feedback.
• Explore and integrate AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and system optimization.
• Own features end-to-end, from concept and design to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Implement and uphold best practices in test-driven development (TDD), CI/CD, and scalable architecture.
• Drive performance improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and reliability for a global user base.
• Solve challenging technical problems that require a mix of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.

What Were Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development, with expertise in Spring Boot, microservices, and API design.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design, and cloud-native development.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT for coding, or similar AI-driven coding techniques) is a huge plus.
• Hands-on experience with SQL & NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS).
• A global mindsetsomeone who understands the complexities of developing products for diverse markets.
• A proactive approach to identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and technical challenges—and finding innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team-first attitude.
