Job Description
As an app support executive, you will be responsible for:
The firm is looking for enthusiastic and skilled individuals who can join the team as app support executives.
As an app support executive, you will be responsible for:
- Developing, testing, and maintaining mobile and web applications for our products and services
- Troubleshooting and resolving app issues and bugs reported by users or clients.
- Providing technical support and guidance to app users and clients
- Updating and documenting app features and functionalities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure app quality and performance.
To be eligible for this position, you should have:
- A bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, etc.
- Basic knowledge of app development frameworks and tools such as Android Studio, Xcode, React Native, etc.
- Basic knowledge of app testing tools and methods such as Selenium, Appium, etc.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and skills.
