Urgent Hiring II Internal Audit- Mutual Fund II Aneja Associates

Responsibilities:

• Team Leader with relevant exposure in Mutual Fund, PMS and AIF.
• Need to have exposure in Accounting and Finance review as well.
• Chartered Accountant - Qualified with 4 years of experience.
• Plan audit execution in line with the scope agreed with the client.
• Assign daily, weekly and monthly tasks to all team members.
• Monitoring work performed by the Team members on a daily basis.
• Giving status updates to Director and client on periodic basis.
• Conduct detailed walkthroughs to gain understanding of the processes and controls implemented by the client.
• Ensure quality of work performed by the team.
• Documenting work performed and maintaining work papers
• Review adherence with regulatory and compliances
• Conducting audits within the time schedule assigned
• Identify areas of improvements for each process being audited and recommending the same to our clients
• Drafting Audit reports detailing findings of audit
• Should have good oral and written communication skills to articulate queries / observations to clients
• Should have good command over language and grammar
• Should have the ability to grasp / learn and unlearn processes / businesses of our clients.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Responsible for execution and management of Internal Audit assignments.
• Understand the business and identify risks along with controls to mitigate such risks.
• Should have ability to understand the risk at macro and micro level with the required domain expertise
• Should have the ability to learn and grasp new businesses for conducting Internal Audits
• Support Team in the process of preparing and executing audit plans, audit program, reports, supervision of daily activities of the team, coordination with the team and Firm Management.
• Scheduling & assigning work & ensuring completion of the same within the stipulated time frame.
• Ensure timely follow-up and escalation to client / Firm Management
• Participation and steering discussions in opening & closure meetings with the clients
• Responsible for drafting and finalizing audit reports and presentations
• Participation in Audit Committees and Senior Management reviews
• Attending new client meetings & preparation of proposals
• Experience in diverse environment & ability to handle multiple projects
• Should have exposure and experience in Internal Audit, Controls/ Management
