Recruitment Process

1. Coordinating with Head of departments for openings and submitting the same to OH & FC for approval on a biweekly basis

2. Sourcing candidates through Job Portals namely Naukri,Indeed and maintaining data base of the candidates interacted for Openings.

3. Consulting OH,Head & HRM for shortlisting candidates, based on CV, for Interview process

4. Interview Conducting Preliminary Interview to candidates approved by HRM before scheduling them for technical round to HEADS, OM .

5. Submitting Opinions and conclusions of the interview process to OH for further action

6. Maintaining all interview records the same day to day in Data base and hard copy files.

7. Follow-ups for the same with OH in Selection, Joining, Rejection of candidates and updating the same in Data base

8. Post offer letter from HRM, informing joining forms, credentials and hand over new joinee to Immediate peer to do Onboarding

9. Monthly/Weekly meeting schedule in coordinating with OH & Heads, Sharing the weekly/Monthly HOD/Department meeting data base.

10. Handling Employee Grievances. Coordinating with the HR , OM & Heads in resolving the issue

11. Taking appropriate steps to clear the process difficulties.

12. Taking Disciplinary actions to maintain the Morale of the company

13. Conducting Exit Interview.

14. Upcoming Joiners data base to be maintained.

15. Scheduling Interviews with Director and follow-up for the same with OH ,FC & HR
