The Product Management Office (PMO) is a key function at Anchanto , responsible for driving successful project and product deliveries for our global customers. This role involves managing projects from kick-off to go-live , ensuring adherence to PMO processes, and serving as a single point of contact for customers .
Key Responsibilities
Project Product Delivery Management
Take full ownership of managing deliveries for Change Requests .
Implement best practices in Project Management and PMO .
Actively track ETAs across Business Units , highlighting risks and delays.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of customer deliverables/programs .
Stakeholder Customer Management
Engage, build relationships, and negotiate with global customers regularly.
Manage expectations across stakeholders for successful project outcomes .
Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring seamless coordination.
Reporting Risk Management
Provide weekly project status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Track and coordinate project deliverables with multiple internal teams.
Own end-to-end delivery of projects/programs in a distributed setup.
Essential Requirements
Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain domains preferred.
Proven experience managing complex SaaS-based projects (Logistics/E-commerce experience is a plus).
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive projects in multi-stakeholder environments .
Experience handling global customer engagements in diverse business scenarios.
