Senior Ecomm GTM Lead, Amazon Ads

Were seeking a creative thinker who embodies Amazons Leadership Principles to own and drive advertising initiatives for LCS advertisers during HVEs and Topical events. This role demands Customer Obsession in understanding both our advertisers and end customers needs, while demonstrating Ownership of major Indian shopping events and festivals to drive significant business impact.

Own end-to-end program management of LCS advertising strategies for all HVEs (e. g Great Indian Festival, Prime Day etc)
Demonstrate Bias for Action in developing and executing India-specific go-to-market strategies
Scale programs through data-driven decision making and continuous innovation

- Knowledge of digital marketplace and understanding of the video competitive landscape
- MBA or advanced degree from premier Indian institute with 8+ years of experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising or e-commerce in India
- Deep understanding of local commerce dynamics in Indian markets
- Experience working with medium and large businesses in India
- Track record of Thinking Big and driving innovation
