Residential Interior Site Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

**Project Coordination: ** Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring interior design projects from conception through completion. Ensure project milestones are met and that the design vision is accurately realized.

- **Client Interaction: ** Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or changes in scope.

- **Design Implementation: ** Collaborate with senior designers to translate design concepts into actionable plans. Assist in preparing design presentations, mood boards, and samples.

- **Vendor and Contractor Management: ** Coordinate with vendors and contractors to obtain quotes, place orders, and manage delivery schedules. Ensure that all materials and furnishings meet design specifications and quality standards.

- **Site Visits: ** Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure that work is carried out according to design plans and specifications.

- **Documentation and Reporting: ** Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Assist in preparing project budgets and tracking expenditures.

- **Problem-Solving: ** Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the project. Propose and implement solutions to keep the project on track.

- **Quality Assurance: ** Conduct final inspections of completed projects to ensure that they meet the companys quality standards and client expectations.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates having Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field and having minimum 1 year experience
