Job Title: Marketing Intern Events & Conferences (Execution & Operations)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support the execution and operations of events and conferences. If youre passionate about event management, marketing, and creating memorable experiences, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Event Planning & Coordination

• Assist in end-to-end event execution, from planning to on-ground management.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and logistics partners.
• Support in managing event registrations and attendee experience.

🔹 Marketing & Promotions

• Assist in designing and distributing promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive engagement and attendance.

🔹 On-Ground Execution & Operations

• Support in event setup, branding, and booth management.
• Ensure smooth coordination between teams, vendors, and speakers.
• Handle last-minute operational needs efficiently.

🔹 Post-Event Activities

• Assist in gathering event feedback and performance reports.
• Help in compiling key takeaways, leads, and engagement data.

What Were Looking For:

✔️ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Event Management,
Business, or a related field.
✔️ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
✔️ Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
