Job Description:
- Identify and engage potential real estate developers in MMR, understanding their financial requirements and offering tailored solutions to address their needs.
- Foster and nurture strong relationships with developers and channel partners (e.g., financial consultants, brokers, - architects, etc.).
- Lead the negotiation and structuring of financial transactions, ensuring alignment with project requirements and the company's financial objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including finance, credit, legal, and operations to ensure seamless execution of transactions and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the real estate finance landscape providing strategic insights to senior management.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving or surpassing sales targets, while upholding profitability and risk management standards.
- Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's brand presence and expand its market reach within the real estate finance sector.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, pipeline progress, and market intelligence to senior leadership.
- Mentor and lead the assigned team, taking necessary steps to ensure divisional targets are met.
- Track record of successfully structuring and executing transactions involving private equity, NBFCs, banking institutions, and structured debt/equity funds.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, coupled with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of regulatory frameworks governing real estate finance in India, particularly in the MMR region.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Public Speaking, Negotiation skill, Team leading.
