The Parent Experience & Admissions Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring
seamless admissions and delivering a premium experience to prospective and
existing parents. This role demands a high level of professionalism, warmth, and
customer-centricity to position Rise International Preschool as the top choice for
discerning parents.
â Drive the admissions process, from inquiries to final enrolment, ensuring high
conversion rates.
â Conduct school tours, orientation sessions, and parent interactions to
showcase the schoolâs unique offerings.
â Maintain an updated database of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions using
CRM tools.
â Coordinate admission events, open houses, and community engagement
activities to attract prospective families.
â Ensure an exceptional experience for parents through personalized
interactions, timely responses, and proactive engagement.
â Serve as the key point of contact for new and existing parents, addressing
queries, concerns, and feedback.
â Organize parent orientation sessions, coffee mornings, and feedback
meetings and other events to strengthen parent-school relationships.
â Collaborate with the academic and operations teams to ensure smooth
onboarding and transition for new families.
â Represent Rise International Preschool as a premium education brand in the
community.
â Build strong relationships with high-profile parents, influencers, and local
communities to enhance brand advocacy.
â Work closely with the marketing team to curate parent testimonials, social
media engagement, and referral programs.
â Build partnerships with residential communities, corporate organizations, and
parenting networks to generate high-quality leads.
â Represent Rise International Preschool at education fairs, networking events,
and community gatherings.
â Develop strategic collaborations with premium brands, child-focused
businesses, and parenting platforms for brand amplification.
â Ensure that all admissions and parent interactions align with the schoolâs
policies and brand ethos.
â Maintain accurate admission records and generate reports for leadership
review.
â Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive parent and
student information.

5+ years in admissions, customer experience, or relationship
management, preferably in a premium preschool or education setup.
Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Business, Communications,
Marketing, or a related field.
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
o High emotional intelligence and customer service orientation.
o Ability to handle high-profile parents and provide a luxury brand
experience.
o Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital communication
platforms.
o Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
