Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This role requires a creative mindset, analytical skills, and a passion for driving measurable results through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Email Marketing:
* Design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.

2.LinkedIn Account Management:
* Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the companys LinkedIn audience.
Manage and optimize LinkedIn company pages and ad campaigns.
* Create engaging content tailored to LinkedIn audiences, including articles, posts, and updates.

3.Facebook & Google Ads Campaigns:
* Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google platforms.
* Performance Tracking and Reporting:

4.Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on campaign effectiveness across all channels.
* Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign performance and achieve marketing goals.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, social media, and paid ads.
* Proficiency in tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
* Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, analytics, and marketing automation.
* Excellent communication and writing skills.
