Assistant Manager Estate Planning

Key Responsibilities

1. Documentation & Drafting:

Assist in the preparation and drafting of WILLs, Trusts, and other estate planning documents under the guidance of legal and estate planning experts.

2. Research:

Research on various succession laws and estate planning which also includes research on tax laws, international tax laws, Banking regulation, FEMA etc.

3. Team Collaboration:

Act as a liaison between RMs and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.

Track and follow up on pending tasks with internal departments to meet deadlines.

4. Management Information Systems (MIS):

Prepare and maintain MIS reports for estate planning activities, client follow-ups, and task progress.

Provide regular updates and insights to the Estate Planning team and management.

6. Data Management:

Collate and organize data from internal teams for estate planning purposes.

Maintain accurate records of client information and task progress in compliance with data privacy regulations.

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of estate planning concepts like wills and trusts.

Experience working in wealth management or legal support roles.

Knowledge of financial services and regulatory compliance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information responsibly.
