We are seeking a dynamic and results driven individual to join our team as Product Associate/Business Analyst for
Digital Products
Position Overview
As a Product Associate/Business Analyst Digital Products, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the
digital interactions between Anand Rathi and our customers. The core focus of this role will be to streamline the
digital touchpoints across onboarding and post-onboarding phases, ensuring a smooth, intuitive, and engaging
process for users, with the goal of improving conversion rates and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1) Digital Onboarding Optimization:
• Evaluate and map current digital onboarding flows for equity and mutual fund investments, identifying
bottlenecks, pain points, and drop-off areas
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams to improve the onboarding flow, ensuring it’s seamless,
fast, and frictionless across all devices (mobile, desktop, etc.)
• Propose and implement solutions to simplify complicated or lengthy onboarding processes, ensuring that
clients can easily sign up, complete KYC (Know Your Customer), and begin investing without unnecessary
barriers
• Analyse product metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and
optimization
• Support the creation of product documentation, training materials, and product messaging for internal and
external stakeholders
• Support product launches, user training, and ongoing product maintenance activities
2) Journey Optimization
• Run A/B tests, user testing, and surveys to gather feedback and test new ideas for improving the user
journey, onboarding process, and feature engagement
• Identify friction points in both equity and mutual fund onboarding processes and suggest actionable changes
or new features to improve customer experience
• Ensure that the journey from sign-up to trade is optimized, including post-onboarding touchpoints such as
welcome emails, account setup guidance, and first-time investment prompts
3) Data Driven Insights and Innovation
• Use heatmaps and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, MS Clarity, Hotjar, etc.) to track user behaviour,
monitor interactions, and identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process
• Continuously monitor and analyse conversion rates from account sign-up through to first trade or
investment in equity or mutual funds, identifying opportunities for optimization
• Leverage data to understand user demographics and behaviour, segment the audience effectively, and
propose personalized onboarding flows tailored to specific user needs
• Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and
competitive landscape
• Capture trends, opportunities, and potential areas in the finance market for enhancing product offerings
• Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
• Constantly work on new ideas and execution for getting the first mover advantage
4) Collaboration with Cross Functional Teams
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product features,
user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Work on detailed feedback analysis & give recommendations for growth through digital activities
• Prepare and present reports & data analysis to various stakeholders and constantly work on improvising the
results
5) Metrics & Reporting
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital onboarding, including registration conversion rates, time-
to-completion, drop-off rates, and user engagement
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor the performance of the onboarding journey, identify areas for
improvement, and track the impact of implemented changes.
• Constantly monitor these metrics and share insights to improvise customer satisfaction & retention rates
• Regularly update internal stakeholders (product, tech, and management) on progress, insights, and
optimization efforts related to the digital onboarding process.
Experience
1) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, Commerce, or related fields. MBA
preferred.
2) Min 2 years of experience in digital product management, business analytics, or related roles.
3) Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, MS Clairy, Hotjar, etc) and A/B testing
4) Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear and actionable
deliverables
5) Proven track of developing and implementing digital product strategies and achieving aligned targets
6) Strong understanding for visual aesthetics and design principles ensuring that the design elements are
pleasing, cohesive and aligned with brand identity
7) Knowledge of UI/UX design thinking principles and methodologies
8) Familiarity with financial products/services and market trends in the Indian financial sector

customer satisfaction
9) Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to drive growth and gain a competitive edge

● Compensation: Rs. 5 – 7 lacs per annum
● Date of joining: 1 – 3 months
● Location: Goregaon (E), Mumbai
● Reports to: Deputy Vice President – Retail Product
