Apexure is a UK-based leading agency specializing in high-converting Landing Pages, Websites, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Marketing Automation. With team members across India, the Philippines, Bangladesh, and the UK, we are dedicated to designing and developing websites and landing pages that drive measurable results.

We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Designer who is passionate about conversions and delivering exceptional user experiences. If you're detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive on achieving tangible improvements, we'd love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests to optimize user experience and boost conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the team to analyze website data and user behaviour, identifying areas for enhancement.
• Develop mockups and wireframes for new layouts and features that align with user needs and business goals.
• Apply responsive design principles to ensure a seamless experience across all devices.
• Integrate persuasive copy into designs to drive conversions.
• Stay up to date with the latest CRO tools, trends, and strategies.
• Participate in client meetings, providing updates and presenting design concepts.
• Meet deadlines and deliverables, adhering to client expectations.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in CRO design, A/B testing, and data-driven design improvements.
• Design Skills: Strong expertise in creating conversion-focused, user-friendly designs.
• Design Tools Proficiency: Mastery of design software such as Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Web Analytics: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or other tools to evaluate user behaviour and conversions.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Comfort with data analysis, research, and using insights to inform design decisions.
  Project Management: Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
• Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills, particularly with marketing, development, and content teams.
• Communication: Ability to present design concepts clearly and persuasively to clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• SEO Understanding: Knowledge of how CRO and SEO work together to improve site performance.
  E-commerce: Experience working on e-commerce or lead-generation websites.
• User Psychology: Understanding of cognitive biases, persuasion techniques, and emotional triggers in design.
• Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira or Trello.
• Certifications: Certifications in UX, CRO, and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
