Growth Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Onboarding Processes: Manage end-to-end Growth Buddy onboarding, including operational tasks.
• Payout Preparation: Prepare and monitor monthly Growth Buddy payouts until payment is released.
• Inquiry Management: Handle various internal and external inquiries.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data for key operational metrics.
• Business Research: Research and identify new business opportunities, including competitor and trend analysis related to Growth Network Channel.
• Collaborative Work: Work closely with Pan India Region employees to provide solutions related to Growth Network Channel Business.
• Sales Forecasting: Perform sales forecasts and analysis, present findings, and meet targets for Growth Buddy Acquisition and Activation.
• Relationship Building: Develop rapport with existing and new Growth Buddies to expand business.
• Strategic Alliances: Develop strategic partnerships with potential channels like FinTech, Corporates, HNI/UHNI Family Groups, CA Firms, and Banks.
• Needs Assessment: Understand and respond effectively to the needs of existing Growth Buddies and region employees with actionable plans.
