1. Leadership and Team Management:
• Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers, Advisors, and other equity professionals across multiple branches or clusters.
• Drive team performance by setting clear targets and ensuring their achievement.
• Provide regular training, coaching, and mentorship to enhance team skills and capabilities.

1. Business Development and Revenue Generation:
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and business targets in the equity market segment.
• Drive client acquisition, retention, and portfolio expansion through personalized investment solutions.
• Identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for other financial products.

1. Client Relationship Management:
• Maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and institutional clients.
• Understand client investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial needs to provide tailored equity solutions.
• Address and resolve client queries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.

1. Market Analysis and Strategy:
• Monitor equity market trends, analyze industry data, and provide insights to the team.
• Develop strategic initiatives to capitalize on market opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Ensure that the team stays updated with the latest market developments and investment tools.

1. Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines in all transactions and operations.
• Mitigate operational and investment risks through robust processes and controls.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure transparency and compliance.
