Senior Manager - Project - Real Estate (15-20 yrs)

- The position is in charge for managing the Project(s) to ensure timeliness, quality of construction and overall profitability of the project.

- The is done through- Tracking, monitoring and coordinating on-site activities for projects with Project Mangers/Consultants/ contractors/ with close collaboration with related functions like Contracts & Procurement, Costing & Budgeting, Liaison, Design, Marketing & Sales, Legal and Finance to ensure achievement of AOP targets by planning & driving adherence to the project plans, product design and quality norms timely resolution of issues implementation of all quality and safety initiatives at given location. Cost control to be managed.

Must Have :

a) Must have experience till hand over of residential with minimum 2 projects complete cycle.

b) Must have Aluminium form of experience also in FastTrack projects (for EG: Completed within 24 months)

c) Must have managed 1 million Sqft complete cycle

d) Must have worked minimum 6 years as Project head

e) Should have indepth knowledge on cost of constructions

f) Sound knowledge of MEP
