Role & responsibilities

Working experience in Foundry and Grey, SG castings process

• Working experience in green sand machine moulding process

• Working experience in Spectro analysis and Micro analysis

• Working experience in Heat treatment process

• Working experience in APQP development process

• Working experience in Testing equipment and measuring instruments

• Knowledge in Laboratory management

• Working experience in RCCA and preventive action process

• Woking experience in RM quality and Process quality

• Exposure in Lean, Six Sigma and TQM

• Knowledge in machining process

• Working knowledge in ERP / SAP system * Process Audit, Internal Audit, EHS audits, Preparation of NC reports etc * Technical system knowledge LEAN, DOE, MSA, PPAP, FMEA, DFMEA, APQP, SPC etc * Management System Knowledge TQM, TPM, Kaizen, QCC, Suggestions, 5S, ISO :TS 16949, 14001, 18001 et

Preferred candidate profile

Spheroidal Graphite (SG) or Grey Cast Iron (CI) experience is mandatory.
