About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Finance Manager to join our dynamic team.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial operations, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insightful recommendations to management.

- Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Conduct variance analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.

- Support the budgeting and forecasting process for all departments.

- Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.

- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

- Prepare and file all necessary tax returns and regulatory filings.

- Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.

- Monitor cash flow, manage cash reserves, and ensure timely collections.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow.

- Manage banking relationships and treasury functions.

- Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.

- Assess and mitigate financial risks.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards (e., GAAP, IFRS).

- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.

- Recruit, hire, and train new finance team members.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- 6+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS accounting principles.

- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.

- Experience with ERP systems (e., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
