Engineer - Maintenance

Job Role:

Immediate joiners will be given preference

• Ensuring the facility in maintained as per requirements.
• Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of AHU, DG, DM Water plant, split Air conditioners, Stability chambers, and Gas bank.
• Daily verification of AHU and RO plant.
• Coordinating with other Departments/External vendors for maintenance and calibration activity.
• Daily monitoring of equipment, electrical panel rooms and effluent waste disposal.
• Complete Facility Maintenance
• Pest control maintenance
• Fire Extinguisher, Fire Alarm and fire Hydrant maintenance.
• Familiarity with and adherence to Regulatory and other requirements.
• Ensuring the Quality Assurance procedures accomplish all the technical tasks.
• To understand the companys major HSE policies.
• To understand the companys safety & environmental requirements as set out in the safety manual.
• To report and rectify any compliance concern, unsafe practice or environmental harm.
• To develop and further improve the safety & sustainability culture in the laboratory.
• To comply with current state HSE regulations.

Required candidates requirement:

• Around 9 to 14 years of experience in Plant and Lab Electrical Maintenance, HVAC, utility and RO water, and DG. Systems Maintenance.
• Qualification –ITI-Electrical / Diploma in Electrical (with min 10 years exp) /
• Good communication skills.
• It is essential that the individual be able to work as part of a team and demonstrate self-sufficiency.
• Awareness of the requirements as per ISO 17025: 2017 Standards. Internal Audit knowledge
