Community Management & Partnership Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Sthamba:

• Event Management:

○ Curate and execute engaging events to drive footfall

○ Research and identify potential event opportunities

○ Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination and guest experience

○ Your presence at the restaurant 3-4 times a week is crucial for effective event

management.

• Digital Marketing:

○ Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy

○ Develop engaging content to attract and retain customers

○ Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategy accordingly

YDM:

• Partnership Development:

○ Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with event planners, wedding

planners, luxury clubs, and hotels

○ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

○ Negotiate partnerships and collaborate on joint marketing initiatives

• Lead Generation:

○ Manage and nurture leads from social media and other digital channels.

c Convert leads into clients through effective communication and follow-up

• Event Management

○ Help with Ideation and Event Management on for upcoming events

This role requires a strong understanding of the events industry, excellent communication skills,

and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
