What will you own?

- Own quarterly staffing goals (campus to leadership hiring-Engineering ) and ensure aligned functions (Engineering) operate at 100% headcount plan.

- Manage a set of 5-6 Recruiters who are tasked to identify, spot, and engage the top 10% of talent in the skill category.

- Coach and enable recruiter in interviewing, assessing, and building a top-quality talent pipeline.

- Problem solve for recruiting challenges like discovering new talent pool, engaging passive Talent, the velocity of candidates in the pipeline, skill v/s pay to benchmark, etc

- Build structures around hiring assessment, and hiring funnels and make data-driven decisions that yield results.

What are we looking for?

- 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Team Management that includes recruiting recruiters, directly handling their monthly/quarterly/yearly performance, and delivery management.

- Expertise in recruiting for Start-ups or set-ups that demand high speed of execution and quality output.

- Believes in recording, tracking, and taking data-driven actions.

- Extremely time & effort-conscious focusing on output and outcome.
