Skills:
- Excellent communication in English.
- Experience in International customer service process is an added advantage
- Should be willing to work in rotational shifts / rotational week off.
- Strong telephone etiquette skills.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Technical or Semi - Technical support process preferred
- Candidates certified on CCNA,RHCE,MCSA will be preferred.

- Answers questions about operation, configuration, customization, features and usage of assigned products and services.
- Responsible for following defined policies and procedures
- Assists customers by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical service
- Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience according to the standards
