Amtex Systems - Solution Architect (7-18 yrs)

Key Requirements :

1. You have prior experience in a Solution Architect role. You will have worked directly with business stakeholders in a small to medium sized company

2. You possess solid expertise in software engineering and architecture design

3. You have strong knowledge of various operating systems and databases

4. You possess good analytical and debugging skills

5. You will have had experience in addressing security and performance concerns effectively.

6. Good communication skills and the ability to effectively manage various stakeholders

7. Experience of the full range of services in a B2C service environment Infrastructure, backend, frontend (web and mobile). Bias towards backend experience.

8. You will have had experience with international payment gateway providers and cross-border payments.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Designing technical solutions to meet team requirements and user needs.

2. Identifying and owning architectural and other technical risks.

3. Planning and participating in system integration activities.

4. Participating in the selection of platforms and technologies

5. Helping to build and maintain technical roadmaps, looking ahead for future opportunities or blockers and ensuring that the development team aligns with the strategy.

6. Helping to develop solutions by contributing to code, testing technologies and producing rapid prototypes.

7. Enabling a positive culture, applying agile methods to development and performing quality assurance practices.

8. Providing advice to the development teams regarding the technical implications of current user stories as well as those in the backlog.

9. Helping to enable the reuse of patterns, tools and components across teams where appropriate.

10. Utilise architecture visualisation tools to create detailed diagrams, models, and presentations that effectively communicate complex technical solutions to stakeholders and project teams.

11. Lead and guide offshore architecture teams in the development and implementation of Cloud-native Microservices-based strategies and frameworks, with a focus on automation, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), following iterative delivery life cycles.

12. Work closely with delivery managers, developers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget, with a focus on automated workflows, continuous integration, and seamless platform integrations.

13. Prior experience working in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability, agility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
