Junior Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Site Engineer to join our real estate development team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with contractors and site workers. Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Execution:

• Assist in monitoring on-site construction activities and ensuring work is executed as per project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and suppliers to maintain smooth site operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Quality Control & Assurance:
• Inspect materials, work procedures, and completed tasks to ensure quality standards are met.
• Report any defects, delays, or issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.

Project Coordination:

• Assist in managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring timely progress.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain records of work progress, site reports, and daily logs
• Technical Support & Documentation:
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Assist in preparing site reports, material estimations, and progress updates.
• Ensure documentation of project activities, inspections, and quality checks.
• Health & Safety Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and regulations.
• Identify and report potential safety hazards on-site.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 02 years of experience in construction or real estate projects. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project execution.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools (preferred).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle site-related challenges effectively.
