Profile: Junior Accountant

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter payment and receipt transactions into the system.
• Bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Keep journals and ledgers up to date with all financial transactions.
• Enter financial data into system accurately and ensure all documentation is properly maintained.
• Provide necessary documentation and information to support internal and external audit processes.
• Verify and reconcile sales and purchase orders with supporting documentation.
• Process and record sales and purchase invoices, manage accounts receivable and payable, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the finance team as required.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and summaries as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce (Freshers preferred)
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
