Junior Marketing Executive : Fashion Start-up

1. Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Schedule and post content, ensuring consistency with the brands luxury image.
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages.

2. Content Creation & Brand Communication

• Help create marketing content (blogs, newsletters, social media captions).
• Work with designers to ensure visually appealing graphics and videos.
• Assist in maintaining a brand voice that aligns with luxury market standards.

3. Market Research & Campaign Support

• Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
• Support the team in email marketing campaigns and paid advertisements (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

4. Influencer & PR Coordination

• Assist in collaborations with influencers, stylists, and fashion bloggers.
• Help manage press releases, PR events, and brand partnerships.

5. E-commerce & CRM Support

• Update and maintain product listings on the website.
• Assist in managing customer databases and loyalty programs.
• Provide insights on customer preferences based on analytics.

Required Skills

✅ Strong understanding of social media & digital marketing
✅ Basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop is a plus)
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Analytical mindset for tracking marketing performance
✅ Knowledge of luxury fashion trends and consumer behavior
✅ Familiarity with email marketing, SEO, and paid ads is a plus
