Marketing Executive Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Marketing Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management:
• Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Content Creation and Management:
• Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, websites, and promotional materials.
• Manage and update the company's website and digital presence.
• Write compelling marketing copy for websites, email campaigns, and product launches.
• Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitive insights.
• Provide recommendations to refine marketing strategies based on data findings.
• Brand Strategy & Positioning:
• Assist in crafting and executing marketing plans aligned with the brands luxury identity.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Customer Engagement:
• Handle customer queries and feedback across various platforms.
• Work on strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
• To generate leads for cold calling and cold emailing
• Event Coordination:
• Organize promotional events, product launches, and other brand activities.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences.
• Collaboration:
• Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and media outlets for campaign execution.
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role (e.g., internships or full-time roles).
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media platforms.
• Strong analytical and creative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Candidates with prior marketing experience in fashion houses or premium brands will be highly preferred.
