US & Canada Digital Marketing Executive

Part-Time & Full-Time Position (Full Time hours:5:30 PM 3 AM IST)

We are seeking highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executives to join our dynamic team, focusing on the US & Canada logistics industry. This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, making it ideal for professionals looking to grow in the field of digital marketing while working with an international audience.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and the ability to generate high-quality leads. Prior experience in the logistics or transportation sector is preferred but not required (training provided).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Brand Awareness:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns targeting potential logistics clients in US & Canada.
• Generate leads through SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media campaigns and more.
• Utilizing CRM tools to manage and nurture leads effectively.

Social Media & Content Marketing:

• Manage company profiles through LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content, including blog posts, infographics, and promotional materials to drive engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and optimize strategies for maximum reach.

SEO & Paid Advertising:

• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking.
• Run and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to generate high-quality business leads.
• Analyze and improve CTR, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition to maximize ROI.

Email & Influencer Marketing:

• Develop targeted email marketing campaigns to engage with prospects and existing clients.
• Building relationships with industry influencers to enhance brand credibility and reach.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and lead conversion rates.
• Provide insights to senior management to improve marketing strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and logistics industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or social media management.
• Technical proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, CRM like HubSpot, or similar.
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and email marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns.
• Basic understanding of logistics, transportation, and supply chain management (preferred but not required, training provided).
• Proficiency in CRM software, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong graphic design & video editing skills for marketing materials.
• Experience in B2B marketing & client acquisition.
  Knowledge of freight brokerage, shipping regulations, or international logistics.(Preferred but not required, Training provided)
