About the Role:. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Video Editor to play a pivotal role in our successful planning and execution of creative projects related to Ampverse India Brand and its IP. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality video content that resonates with the esports community and gaming enthusiasts You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to create compelling visual content and collateral that enhances our esports assets

Your Responsibility:. Develop creative and compelling visual concepts, videos, and brand collateral that align with Ampverse Brand & its IPs identity and meet project objectives

Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished, visually compelling video content that aligns with the Ampverse brand and objectives

Ensure visual content adheres to Ampverse Brand & its IPs brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and quality across all materials

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., production houses, agencies, marketing, and influencers) to align design elements with project goals and objectives

Provide creative direction for visual content, ensuring it effectively communicates the intended message and appeals to the target audience

Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained

Work closely with relevant vendors for design-related tasks, providing clear instructions, feedback, and quality control

Utilize industry-standard design software and tools to create and edit video materials, demonstrating proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other software

Stay updated with industry trends, software and best practices to bring innovative and creative solutions to Ampverse projects

Required Experience:. Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Video Editing, or a related field

Proven experience (3+ years) in video editing, preferably in the esports, gaming, or content production industry

Proficiency in industry-standard design software, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Excellent understanding of esports, gaming, and the Indian gaming community, with a passion for the industry

Strong organizational and time-management

Skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Outstanding communication and interpersonal

Skills, allowing effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders

Detail-oriented mindset to delivering high-quality design work

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and adjust to changing project requirements

Willingness to work overtime or on weekends when project demands require it
