AmpsTek - Senior LLM Engineer - Machine Learning (4-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge LLM models using advanced techniques like prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent development.

- Contribute to the definition and execution of a comprehensive technical roadmap for LLM projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.

- Ensure the efficient and scalable deployment of LLM models on cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, or AWS (familiarity with one or more preferred).

- Maintain a deep understanding of LLM advancements and research, continually seeking ways to improve model performance and functionality.

- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, translating technical complexities into clear and concise communication.

Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning models and systems.

- Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience working with LLMs and Generative AI techniques, particularly prompt engineering, RAG, and LLM agents.

- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving them towards achieving project goals.

- Proficiency in Python programming, with experience in libraries like Langchain.

- Solid understanding of SQL for data manipulation and analysis.

- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like Azure, GCP, or AWS is a plus (specify preferred platform if applicable).

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
