AmpsTek - SAP Customer Activity Repository Consultant - Implementation & Support (3-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

SAP CAR Solution Design & Implementation :

- Design and implement SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) solutions for capturing and processing POS data into SAP Retail, AFS, or S/4 Fashion.

- Manage retail price data and ensure its accurate transmission to POS systems.

Business Process Development :

- Develop and deploy business processes related to POS data management and sales audit, ensuring seamless integration with SAP ERP systems.

- Understand and oversee the processing of POS data (sales, inventory, receipts, tenders, and financial transactions) within the SAP ERP solution.

ERP Transformation Programs :

- Lead and support ERP transformation programs from start to finish, including data migration, process design, and deployment of solutions.

- Ensure that solutions align with business requirements and meet deadlines in a dynamic, growing business environment.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration :

- Work closely with senior business partners to capture detailed requirements and deliver solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and functional experts, to resolve issues and ensure the success of implementations.

Innovation & Continuous Learning :

- Stay up-to-date with SAP technologies and solutions, incorporating new tools and techniques to solve business problems effectively.

- Apply S4/Hana FIORI Tiles, Launch Pad, and Transactional apps to improve business processes.

Integration and Technical Knowledge :

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the technical components required to support business processes, including integration efforts within different functional tracks (e., sales, inventory, finance).

Team Building & Problem Solving :

- Build strong relationships across functions and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise during implementation.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, ensuring the project team is aligned with business goals.

Required Skills :

- SAP CAR Expertise:

- 7-10 years of experience in SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR), particularly in capturing and processing POS data into SAP Retail, AFS, or S/4 Fashion.

POS Data Management :

- Strong experience in POS data management (sales, inventory, receipts, tenders, financial transactions) and integration with SAP ERP systems.

Retail Price Data :

- Experience in designing solutions for managing retail price data and its transmission to POS systems.

Business Process Design :

- Expertise in designing and deploying business processes related to sales audit and POS data management.

ERP Transformation Experience :

- At least 1-2 full cycle ERP Transformation programs experience.

Stakeholder Management :

- Ability to engage with senior business partners, understand their needs, and translate them into technical solutions.

Technical Knowledge :

- Proficient in S4/Hana, FIORI Tiles, Launch Pad, Transactional apps, and Personas.

Collaboration & Problem Solving :

- Strong team player who can build relationships across functions and mediate and resolve problems.

Communication Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

Retail Domain Knowledge :

- Deep understanding of the retail, fashion, or consumer goods industry is a plus.

Technical Certifications :

- SAP Certifications related to SAP Retail, SAP CAR, or SAP S/4 HANA are preferred
