Job Description
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous Experience in Sales, telemarketing, or customer service is typically required.
- Strong Verbal communications skill in English and Hindi is added advantage.
- A good understanding in Sales skills and negotiations skills.
- Making outbound calls to customers to pitch the benefits of the company's offerings.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers over the phone.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
