Frontend Lead - Javascript/AngularJS (8-14 yrs)

Job Role : Frontend Developer Lead.

Experience : 8-14 years.

Location : Remote.

Responsibilities/ Accountabilities :

- Participating in Sprint Planning and tracking work items.

- Contribute to high-level design and technical documentation activities.

- Coordinate and perform manual code reviews, ensure implementation follows the designs.

- Monitor automated code reviews of the team's deliverables and take corrective actions to achieve product reliability.

- Coaching, mentoring, and managing front-end software engineers' team.

- Working within the team to help achieve technical growth and deliver against project timelines with quality.

- Guiding team members toward consistent, logical coding and software design patterns.

- Managing deadlines and pushing for accurate estimation and project planning.

- Communicating clearly and proactively both inside and outside the team when technical issues arise with the software.

- Work with the backend developer to define RESTFul API Specification.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of experience developing web applications.

- 5+ years of experience building frontend applications.

- 3+ year Experience in technical leading roles.

- Proven experience on web application development with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, Knockout, Vue, Ember, Backbone.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, LESS, SASS, and Javascript((ES6+).

- Experience with CI/CD.

- Experience in full stack development a plus.

- Experience in consuming dynamic web services and REST APIs.

- Good oral and written communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field and MS degree preferred.
