Job Title: Deputy Manager - IT Department

Experience Required: 5-6 years in a leadership position in IT

Key Responsibilities:

a. Team Management: Lead and manage the IT team

b. Server Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers. Ensure server uptime, security, and performance optimization.

c. UTM (Firewall): Manage UTM systems, including setup, monitoring, and maintenance of firewalls.

d. Active Directory Administration: Maintain and manage Active Directory services, including user accounts, permissions, and group policies. Ensure proper access controls and regular auditing of directory services.

e. Project Management (Add-on Skill): Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
