Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company revenue goals.
• Identify and prioritize target markets, including international markets like the USA, Europe, and APAC.
Team Leadership:
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
• Set clear KPIs and performance targets for the team and ensure accountability.
Business Development:
• Drive client acquisition for IT services, staff augmentation, and product solutions.
• Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Market Analysis:
• Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Provide actionable insights to refine the company's offerings and value propositions.
Revenue Growth:
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Develop innovative approaches to generate leads and close deals effectively.
Reporting & Collaboration:
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in IT services or related industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Experience in international sales and understanding of global markets is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales tools like CRM software (e.g.,Odoo, HubSpot, or Salesforce)
