- In this role, you will be leading the establishment of a GWh-scale BESS manufacturing facility, ensuring a robust domestic supply chain and technological competitiveness.

- Oversee manufacturing, strategy, and execution while driving AMPIN Energy Transition's growth in energy storage solutions.

How you will contribute:.

GWh-Scale BESS Manufacturing:.

- Plan, develop, and execute a GWh-scale BESS manufacturing facility.

- Optimize production efficiency, quality control, and cost competitiveness.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and safety protocols.

- Manage supplier relationships and technology partnerships for plant success.

Strategic & Business Growth:.

- Develop and execute BESS strategy aligned with business goals.

- Identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth.

- Lead business development, partnerships, and joint ventures.

Technical & Project Management:.

- Oversee design, engineering, and deployment of BESS projects.

- Ensure seamless integration with renewable assets and utility networks.

- Manage lifecycle performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Regulatory & Policy Advocacy:.

- Stay updated on energy storage policies and regulations.

- Engage with government agencies and industry bodies for favourable policies.

Team & Stakeholder Management:.

- Build and lead a high-performing BESS team.

- Collaborate across engineering, finance, and operations teams.

- Develop competitive supply chains and financing models.

Ideal skills for this role include:.

- Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.

- MBA is preferred.

- 10+ years in the battery industry, 5+ in BESS roles.

- Expertise in battery manufacturing, supply chains, and large-scale BESS projects.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and regulatory knowledge.
